I am originally from Dublin, Ireland. My father worked for the United Nations so my sisters and I grew up in the Middle East. I attended boarding school in Dublin for seven years. I have lots of stories about those days! I still have family in Dublin so I travel there once a year, usually in the summer.
I am a Montessori teacher in the public system in Maple Ridge, British Columbia and love my job! I tell a lot of stories to my students and it is because of their encouragement that I have written a book about one of my favourite stories. The Lucky Find is based on one of my childhood holidays to County Cork, Ireland.
